Today is Mother's Day and if I lived in London I would hotfoot it to the Sanderson to have the Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea. Not only does it look fabulous but there are some amazing flavours included in the treat .... such as finger sandwiches made out of different coloured breads (eg. beetroot and spinach) and lollipops made from icecream which 'explode' in your mouth! I love food that not only tastes great but is visually exciting and this certainly seems to fit the bill.
